This document presents a B-spline-Bezier representation of tau splines, curvature and torsion continuous quintics which have been introduced in CAGD by Hagen in 1985. Explicit formulas are given for the conversion of the B- spline-Bezier representation to the tau spline representation and vice versa, and conditions and certain ranges of tension values are derived which insure the positivity of the design parameters.
