Summary[edit]
DescriptionAvinoff-Illustration.tif |
English: A photo montage created by Life Magazine for a profile that was not published (Avinoff had passed away) in 1946 so Life decided not to publish the piece. A few years earlier The New Yorker also profiled him. The montage was abandoned and donated to his sister, Elizabeth Shoumatoff and has not been published. From the inherited collection belonging to Elizabeth Shoumatoff > Nicholas Shoumatoff and passed to his daughter Antonia Shoumatoff (wikipedia user ToniaShou), and in turn, to her nephew Andre Shoumatoff (wikipedia user dieselcruiserhead). Never released to public. Fully released now for non-commercial purposes only, to the public. |
