Summary[edit]

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 4 4D imaging of actin dynamics during secretion. Secreting third instar larval SGs expressing Lifeact-GFP (white) were imaged in 3 dimensions (3D) over time. Maximum projection view of the 3D volume shows dynamic apical actin that is cleared at the site of vesicle fusion. Subsequent actin recruitment to vesicles originates at the PM. Scale bar=5μm.
