Description
English: Supplementary Movie 20 Actin recruitment following Arp3 RNAi. In vivo RNAi to Arp3 was performed Drosophila lines expressing Lifeact-Ruby (red). SG secretion was imaged in real time, demonstrating irregular recruitment of actin. Scale bar=5μm.
