Cette ville n'a pas grande fortification mais elle est defendue d'un bon Chateau, asis sur un rocher escarpé dont les aproches sont tres difficiles il fut attaqué par un Corps de douze mil hommes d'infanterie et deux mil Chevaux de troupes Hollandoises Commandées par le Prince hereditaire de Hesse commencé le 1er Novembre et s'est rendu le 20ème decembre 1704 / Durant sculp. |
