Summary[edit]

Description
English: Aggregation of TRITC-streptavidin labeled filaments. In this set up, analyte (rIgG) molecules (500 nM) are biotinylated and are therefore visualized by binding of TRITC labeled streptavidin molecules (50 nM; cf. Fig. 4B). Bright complexes are seen as evidence of aggregation of filaments via the streptavidin molecules with multiple biotin binding sites.
