Description
English: Centrosome irradiated wound edge cell falls behind neighboring control cells as they migrate into the wound. Centrosome irradiated cell outlined in white on first frame. PtK2 cells stably expressing YFP centrin-2. Images were acquired using time lapse phase contrast microscopy. Frames were acquired every 10 minutes for 10.6 hours.
