English: Timelapse microscopy of outgrowth of Tet-DnaK Luciferase-mCitrine strain (MGM6010) in the presence of ATc after DnaK depletion-induced bacteriostasis. Images acquired every 20 minutes for a total elapsed time of 15 hours 20 minutes. YFP and DIC overlay shown at 3 fps. YFP exposure time 250 ms.
