Description
Français : Le Palais Royal est situé aux abords de la place dite "Dam", place la plus connue d'Amsterdam. Le mot dam signifie digue en français. Hôtel de ville a l'origine, construit entre 1648 et 1665 par l'architecte Jacob van Campen est devenu palais royal en 1808, époque où le pays était un état sous la domination de l'empire français (1806-1810).La carte a voyagé en 1916
Nederlands: Het Koninklijk Paleis Amsterdam (bekend als Paleis op de Dam) is een paleis op de Dam in de binnenstad van Amsterdam. Het paleis is in gebruik door het Koninklijk Huis als ontvangstpaleis en wordt gebruikt voor tentoonstellingen.
