Summary[edit]

Description
English: 3-dimensional reconstruction of α-synuclein localization within a ruptured vesicle. The cell featured in Figure 4B is shown. As the movie plays, the raw data is gradually replaced with 3-dimensional surfaces created from the 3-dimensional Z-stack SIM reconstruction. Towards the end, the opacity of the featured vesicle is reduced to allow the visualization of α-synuclein within the vesicle, where it can be observed forming an arced localization at the periphery of the vesicle.
