Description
Deutsch: Das national bedeutende Auengebiet Tschingel im hinteren Kiental, Kanton Bern, Schweiz. Jährlich erhöht sich die Sohle im Tschingel aufgrund des angeschwemmten Geschiebes um ca. 10 cm.
Français : La zone alluviale "Tschingel", d'importance nationale, au fond du Kiental, canton de Berne, Suisse. Chaque année, le lit du Tschingel s'élève d'environ 10 cm en raison des alluvions charriées par les courants.
English: The nationally important alluvial zone Tschingel in the rear Kiental, canton Bern, Switzerland. The bed of the Tschingel rises by approx. 10 cm per year due to the alluvial debris.

NOTE: This image is a panorama of Tschingel consisting of 9 frames that were merged or stitched in Image Composite Editor using a stereograhic projection. As a result, this image necessarily underwent some form of digital manipulation. These manipulations may include blending, blurring, cloning, and colour and perspective adjustments. As a result of these adjustments, the image content may be slightly different from reality at the points where multiple images were combined. This manipulation is often required due to lens, perspective, and parallax distortions.
