Description
English: NPC migration is mediated by EGFR. In the presence of the EGFR blocker erlotinib, undifferentiated NPCs exhibit attenuated cathodal migration when exposed to a dcEF. NPCs were plated into galvanotaxis chambers for 17 hours in the presence of EGF, bFGF and heparin. Subsequently, erlotinib was added into the culture medium and the NPCs were exposed to a dcEF of strength 250 mV/mm for 2.5–8 hours. 1 second of video = 15 minutes real time.
