English: A Plan of the Cabins of the Brig Funchal of London, 190 Tons, James Mcpherson, Commander
Medium includes sepia ink. This plan shows the layout of berths on the Brig Funchal. This vessel was designed to operate a passenger service. In total there are twenty-six berths arranged around a central dining room. Next to the dining room is the all-important steward's pantry. Towards the back of the vessel there is a separate ladies cabin complete with 'sofa-beds'.
