Español: Contrato de compra-venta de propiedad inmueble fechada entre 1802 y 1803. Se extiende ante el escribano Juan José Rocha la escritura que otorgan Don Jayme Nadal, guarda del vecindario y comercio de la ciudad de Buenos Ayres y apoderado de Don Tadeo Dávila, vezino de la Paz, en favor de Don Manuel [Angulo] por una casa en la calle San Juan. Se menciona el Real Derecho de Alcávala - Aduana de Buenos Ayres. Se adjunta también escritura que Don Pedro Josep Ballesteros junto a su muger, Doña Francisca Teresa [...] extienden en favor de Don Jayme Nadal por la venta real de una casa situada a espaldas del Colegio Real San Carlos.
