Description
English: Real-time imaging of U2OS cells transfected with DsRed-ADAP2 and YFP-Actin. Approximately 48hrs post-transfection, images were captured every 10 minutes. Shown are movies for differential interference contrast (DIC, second from left), YFP (third from left), DsRed (right), and merged (left).
