Русский: Весьма любопытная микросхема от московского "Пульсара".
Это "сердце" платы видеоввода для персоналок, разрабатывалась в Томске, в НИИ оптики атмосферы. Я был знаком с человеком, который работал в группе проектировщиков этого девайса. По его рассказам, с ней было много мучений, весьма сложная обвязка, сильный уход параметров, требовавший частой и муторной подстройки. В результате микросхема в большую серию не пошла. Судя по имеющемуся у меня комплекту плат, стояла она в некоем ВКМ11.00 (ВКМ1 версии 1.00?). Также она мне встретилась и в некоей безымянной видеокамере на основе А1146Б, в традиционном для ПЗС обрамлении - К1124ПУ1 + К1119ПУ2. |
