Summary[edit]

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 15 Active mDia1 accumulates at the rear cortex of migrating B16-F1 cells. GFP-mDia1ΔDAD expressing B16-F1 cells were imaged on 3 cm glass-bottom dishes coated with laminin in a heated microincubator using epifluorescence and phase-contrast microscopy and 40 x magnification. Note the highly polarised distribution of the formin in the rear cortex of the migrating cell. Time is min:s. Scale bar, 10 μm.
