Description
English: The morphology of vegetative cells from axenic strains is dominated by large circular ruffles. Shown is a maximum intensity projection of the fluorescence intensity of the F-actin marker LimEΔcoil (Jitter in this movie was due to technical issues with the microscope's Z-drive). Images were taken on a lattice light sheet microscope.
