Description
English: Supplementary Movie RhTx docked onto the outer pore region of TRPV1. The movie depicts the RhTx-TRPV1 complex in side view (first half of the movie) and top view (second half). The backbone and electron density map of TRPV1 are shown in grey, with the pore helix highlighted in yellow; RhTx is shown with surface electrostatic potential (red = negative, blue = positive); the backbone (in red) and electron density map (in grey) of DkTx are shown as comparison.
