English: Time-lapse confocal image avi movie 5. A representative SW480 cell expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP)-LIMK1 and monomeric red fluorescent protein (mRFP)-fascin-1. Zoomed images represent the 15 × 15 μm square on the lefthand panel. Images were acquired every 2 seconds over 2 minutes.
