Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 SNPH depletion accelerates mitochondrial shape changes. LN229 cells transfected with control siRNA (CTRLsi) or SNPH-directed siRNA were labeled with mitoRFP and analyzed by time lapse microscopy. Fission and fusion events are detected by an automatic mitochondrial tracking algorithm, then mitochondrial images were overlaid with fission (green dots) and fusion (purple dots) events.
