Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 SNPH depletion alters mitochondrial dynamics. LN229 cells transfected with control siRNA (CTRLsi) or SNPH-directed siRNA were labeled with mito-RFP and analyzed by time lapse microscopy. Individual mitochondria were tracked through the sequence and the trajectories are labeled with tracings and dots.
