Description
English: Supplementary Movie 6 Pk1 silencing inhibits focal adhesion dynamics. MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with siRNA targeting Pk1. Two days later, cells were transfected with a plasmid expressing paxillin-eGFP and were treated with ACM after 24 hours. Time-lapse image acquisition was initiated at 4 hours after cell seeding and treatment using TIRF microscopy (30 sec intervals, 61 frames, 3 fps).
