Description
English: Phase contrast imaging of L. (V.) braziliensis M2903 promastigotes in M199 medium. Representative 30 seconds video, taken at 72 h of culture started with an inoculum of 1 × 106 parasites/ml. This movie shows the general movement of typical L. (V.) braziliensis promastigotes. Note the fast moving parasites that travel across the field and the typical rosettes.
