Summary[edit]

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 3D visualization of microvesicles after co-staining of VEGF90K (red) and Hsp90 (green). MDAMB231 cells were co-stained with anti-VEGF and anti–Hsp90 antibodies. Z-stack images were taken using Zeiss LSM510 confocal microscope at 0.33 μm intervals. Acquired images were processed using Velocity 3D Image Analysis Software to generate the movie.
