Summary[edit]

Description
English: Dynamics of microtubules, the SPB, and the nuclear membrane during meiosis in a wild-type zygote. Images of a wild-type zygote expressing mCherry-tagged Atb2 and Cut11 (magenta) and GFP-tagged Sid4 (green) were taken at eight focal planes spaced at 0.4 μm intervals every 5 min. Each set of images was processed by deconvolution and combined to form a maximal projection by Priism/IVE software. The video plays at a rate of five frames per second.
