Description
English: Video representing the displacement along the z-axis (confocal Z-stack acquisition) created with the Zen software as above and showing the presence of TgNF3-YFP in bradyzoites (green dots appearing during the movie) inside the cyst whose wall was not stained with Dolichos biflorus lectins. The video was generated with 24 images in increments of 0.45 µm.
