Description
English: 3D reconstruction of E8 chick retina cell cultures treated with 300 nM PMA during 10 minutes. S25p-MARCKS is shown in red and pED-MARCKS in green. Note the reduction of S25p-MARCKS compared to the untreated situation (Video S1). Also, pED- and S25p-MARCKS barely co-localize at the cluster level.
