Description
English: Pheromone-induced cell death in the flow chamber. MATa bar1Δ cells were incubated in medium containing 50 nM α-factor for five hours in the flow chamber. White arrows indicate cells that die during the movie. Cells were imaged every 10 minutes. The scale bar indicates 10 µm. Each movie is from an independent experiment.
