Description
English: An egl-3(ok979) mutant tested in the presence of 250 mM ethanol. Video recordings were taken using a dissecting microscope attached to a Hamamatsu C4742-95 camera and using SimplePCI video recording software. All videos were taken at the same magnification after 5 min on the food race plate and are played back at 2 x normal speed.
