Description
English: 3D cell surface reconstruction of FZC18 in vivo. Reconstruction of FZC18 staining at the cell surface in a human hepatocellular carcinoma (case TL 03, shown in Figures 8B and S4B). Original magnification×1000. Images were acquired on the vertical axis and stacked on ImageJ 1.37v (NIH, USA). In the light of data on Figure 8B, cell surface signal shows proteolyzed FZC18-containing V3C18 polypeptides.
