Description
English: Corresponds to Figure 5H and I and shows animations of the segmented volume of the nucleus shown in Figure 5A and in Video S6 . It shows the close association of PML cages (transparent green to reveal the sequestered capsids) with the dense heterochromatin (solid blue) in the periphery of the nucleus. Unsequestered VZV capsids are visible as solid red spheres.
