Description
English: Corresponds to Figure 4B and shows an animation of an image stack obtained by SSA-SEM illustrating the interior of the nucleus of a VZV infected melanoma cell that contains numerous VZV capsids sequestered in two electron dense PML cages. VZV capsids are visible as 100 nm particles.
