Summary[edit]

Description
English: In a normal situation the allergen binds IgE of a mast cell activating the release of cytokines and other mediators responsible of allergic response. This theraphy uses monoclonal antibodies anti-IgE which binds IgE locking the allergen binding, therefore allergic response does not take place.
