| Description | 3月11日，全国政协委员李彦宏在谈及外商投资法相关问题时表示，只有开放，竞争力才会越来越强。李彦宏表示：我们公司也是一个外资企业，从第一天起拿的就是美元的投资，中国互联网几乎所有的主流公司都是这样的架构。严格意义上来说，都是拿的美元的投资。中国对于外资，我认为在这方面还是很开放的。相反，我们现在都不太敢去投资美国的公司，更不敢去买他们的公司。我看到的数字是，2018年，中国资金在美国的投资相比2017年下降了70%多，不是没有机会，而是我们不太敢做了。一旦谈妥要投资了，到美国一审查，不让你做，这个风险还是很高的。我觉得，只有开放我们自己的企业，竞争力才会越来越强，过去改革开放40周年（的历程）反复证明了这一点。越是没有（过度）保护的地方，发展得越好。越是保护，自我提升的速度就越慢，产业相对于国际领先水平会越来越落后。 |
