Description
English: In 1981 Ira Fuchs co-founded BITNET, a precursor to the Internet that provided email, file transfer and instant messaging globally in the Net’s early days. Fuchs says he is inspired by the young Internet leaders of today. Recorded by Elon University's Imagining the Internet Center at the Internet Society's Internet Hall of Fame Induction 2017 in Los Angeles, California.
