Description
Deutsch: Genau ein Jahr ist es heute her, dass das EU-Parlament die umstrittene Urheberrechtsreform inklusive der in Artikel 13 bzw. jetzt Artikel 17 vorgeschriebenen Uploadfilter angenommen hat - und das trotz massiver Kritik von Experten, über 150.000 Demonstranten allein am 23. März 2019 und über 5 Millionen Petitionsunterzeichnern. Damit wurden die größten Proteste, die es jemals für ein freies Internet gab, vom Europaparlament und der Bundesregierung einfach ignoriert.

Seither hat sich einiges bezüglich der Urheberrechtsreform und der Umsetzung der EU-Urheberrechtsreform in deutsches Rechtgetan. Was genau, erzählt Patrick Breyer, Europaabgeordneter der Piratenpartei, in diesem Video.
