فارسی: 25 مرداد 1332: در نتیجه همه پرسی 1 میلیون نفر در مقابل 67 نفر به انحلاس مجلس رای دادند. دولت در نامه ای به شاه درخواست انحلال مجلس را داد. اما شاه سرپیچی کرد و محافظ خود، ارتشبد نعمت الله نصیری را با نامه ای نزد مصدق فرستاد. شاه در این نامه، فضل الله زاهدی را به نخست وزیری منصوب کرد. نصیری توسط محافظان مصدق دستگیر شد و دولت فردای آن روز اعلام کرد که کودتای سلطنت طلبان شکست خورده است. |
