Deutsch: Eigentumswechsel der Rauchwarenhandlung Keskari & Co, Leipzig
Vorhergehende Seite: Vereinbarung zwischen Frau Charlotte Keskari geb. Barthold, Inhaberin der Firma Keskari & Co, Leipzig und Richard Barthold, Kommanditist und Einzelprokurist in der selben Firma.
Frau Charlotte Keskari tritt mit dem 30. Juni 1946 aus der Fa. als Inhaberin aus. Richard Barthold übernimmt dieselbe mit sämtlichen Activa und Passiva und hat damit keinerlei Forderungen mehr an Frau C. Keskari. Für die seitens Frau Keskari nach dem 1. Juli 1946 entnommenen Privatgelder erfolgt eine Verrechnung.
Falls Richard Barthold die Firma nicht weiterführen will und dieselbe zum Verkauf kommt, so ist innerhalb dreier Jahre von dem Kaufpreis nach Abzug R.B. die darü- (Rest nächste Seite)
2., abgebildete Seite: ber hinaus erzielte Verkaussumme zwischen C.K. zu 75% und R.B. zu 25% aufzuteilen, bis 5 Jahre zu je 50%.
Sollte die Firma aufgelöst werden und das Inventar einzeln verkauft werden, (gleichfalls mit derselben Überschusssaufteilung), so erhebt Frau Keskari das Vorkaufsrecht auf die Singer Schnellnähmaschine KL. 96 D 41.
