English: Space-fill drawing of the RF-1 ribosomal release factor (magenta) in the A-site, binding to mRNA (red) and the P-site tRNA(gold). That binding takes place inside the ribosome, which is therefore shown in lighter shading. Drawn by David Goodsell from PDB files 2b64 and 2b66. |
