Description
English: A 15th century temple in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.

It is dedicated to Sada-shiva form of Shiva, that is the five aspects of Shiva – Sadyojata, Vamadeva, Aghora, Tatpurusha and Isana. Iconographically, it is represented with four faces at the cardinal directions and one above.

The temple has a square plan, a Nagara architecture and a notable, beautifully decorated Nandi.
