內容簡介：民國13年5月30日，孫中山先生於廣州應上海《中國晚報》之邀請發表演說並錄製三張78轉唱片。此錄音資料為孫中山先生一生僅有的一次錄音，十分珍貴。根據1929年出版《中山先生留聲紀念集》一書所載，該書封一印有孫中山國語演說詞四段，分別為：勉勵國民第一、勉勵國民第二、勉勵國民第三和告誡同志第四。封二印有孫中山粵語演說詞兩段，分別為：勉勵國民第一、勉勵國民第二。 本段數位音源轉錄自館藏中國廣播公司捐贈之錄音盤帶，內容為國語，推測為 國語演說中之三、四段。講題依片頭所錄為「同胞要奉行三民主義」 另其他國語2段演講以及粵語發音之演說內容另參見本系統所收錄之錄音： 525997孫中山先生演講(國語) 第一、二段 573239國父孫中山先生在廣州勉勵國人演說(粵語) 演講全文： 今天我們要來救這個中國，要從哪條路走呢? 我們就是要從革命這條路去走，拿這個革命的主義來救中國，那這個革命三民主義就是民族主義、民權主義、民生主義。這個所謂三民主義，民權主義就是讓中國要做到同現在列強放在平等的地位，民族主義就是圖國際上的平等地位，民權主義就是要讓本國的政治弄成到大家在政治上有一個平等的地位，以民為主，讓民來治這個國家，民生主義要弄到人人經濟上平等，這樣三民主義如果能實行，那中國也可以跟列強來進步，不久也可已變成一個富強的國家。 今天聽到我的話，大家想中國再恢復我們從前幾千年前的富強，如果大家想，就是要大家立志，怎麼立志呢？大家就是要研究三民主義。三民主義我近來在廣東高師學校每個禮拜講一次，每一次講2點多鐘，民族主義我講了六個禮拜才講完，民權主義也講了六個禮拜才講完。不久，再開始講民生主義，大概也要講六個禮拜至八個禮拜說不定。，這個三個主義講完之後，我就將這個演講課本，這個單行本現在民族主義已經出書了，民權主義不久也出書了，將來民生主義講完，也是要刻單行本出書，來傳（？）到中國各省，希望諸君留心找這個書，三民主義詳詳細細來研究，其中很多好道理，很多新思想，很多新發明，是中國人從前沒有聽過的，我以為是很有意味的。望諸君，要買這個書來看，看的時候要留心，要詳詳細細來研究，如果能把三民主義詳細讀過，詳細瞭解，那麼諸君就懂得怎麼樣立志救中國，自己懂了後可以把三民主義宣傳到大家都知道，令大家都立志來救中國，那麼中國就很快可以變成一個富強的國家，與列強更加接近了。 這個就是我所希望諸君的。
