日本語: 令和4年7月30日(土)開催の札幌国際大学オープンキャンパスにて、学生が中心となったキッチンバスを利用したカレーの提供を行います。
この企画は観光学部の授業「国際観光探究」の一環として実施されます。これは学生が考えた9つの課題を、観光との関わりで考えるユニークな授業です。テーマとしている課題は、 ・貧困問題 ・食品ロス ・ジェンダー ・人権 ・差別 ・コロナ禍と経済 ・SDGs ・環境問題、環境づくり ・観光復興等 ・地域の過疎化 ・国際関係・交流 ・その他多様な課題です。 当日は【(株)クールスター】と【カレーのマチ札幌推進委員会】と連携し、主に地元食材を使い、９つの課題を検討しながら考案した「彩り夏野菜カレー」を提供します。 また、学生が考えたモクテル（ソフトドリンクのみで作るノンアルコールのカクテル）のレシピも発表いたします。当日の提供はありませんが、ぜひご家庭で学生考案のレシピをお試しください。 ご来場いただいた皆様にご提供できますよう準備を進めております。たくさんの方のご来場お待ちしております。 ※新型コロナ感染症対策をしっかりと行なったうえでご提供させていただきます。 |
