서비스 평가 통해 품질 향상 기대

우체국택배가 택배서비스 분야에서 만족도가 가장 높은 것으로 조사됐습니다.

국토교통부가 실시한 ?2016년도 택배서비스 평가? 결과, 일반택배 분야에서는 ‘우체국택배’가 기업택배 분야에서는 ‘용마’가 A등급을 받았습니다.

또 전국적인 택배서비스를 제공하는 17개 국내 택배사 모두 전반적으로 우수한 수준의 서비스를 제공하는 것으로 평가됐습니다.

택배서비스 평가는 택배업계 내 ‘건전한 서비스 경쟁’을 유도하고‘정확한 정보 제공’을 목적으로 지난 2014년부터 실시됐습니다.

평가 대상은 일반택배와 기업택배 그룹으로 나누고, 신뢰성·친절성·신속성 등의 항목으로 평가했습니다.

국토교통부 관계자는 “서비스 평가를 통해 택배 서비스 품질이 전반적으로 향상될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했습니다.
