Telephone cover NKPT USSR (before 1932) in Kharkiv.

Русский: Народный комиссариат почт и телеграфа СССР (НКПТ). Стальная либо чугунная крышка телефонного люка (линия прокладывалась в конце 1920-х; до 1932, когда наркомат был переименован) с эмблемой наркомата в виде электрического разъёма и изолятора с молниями, вписанной в десятиконечную звезду. Харьков, ул. Мироносицкая.
