Русский: Кальциевый имиджинг клеточной культуры коры (10 DIV). В клетки вводили вещество-индикатор ионов кальция Fluo 8, являющееся буфером для определяемого иона, под действием луча лазера конфокального лазерного сканирующего микроскопа происходит возбуждение и флуоресценция индикатора, главным образом изменяется интенсивность излучения. 20-ти кратное увеличение масляного объектива. Эксперимент выполнен с помощью конфокального микроскопа Leica SP5 в лаборатории сравнительной нейрофизиологии(руководитель Антонов С.М.) института эволюционной физиологии и биохимии РАН.
