Vierstöckiges Eckgebäude. Arhitelt: Antal Grioni. Baujahr: 1906-1908. - Üllői Straße 66 a = Leonardo da Vinci Straße 47, Stadtviertel Corvin-negyed, VIII. Bezirk von Budapest.
English:
Four-storey, corner building with multistorey bay windows. Architect: Antal Grioni. Built in between 1906 and 1908. This building was part of the Thék Furniture, Piano and Building Construction Factory. The owner Endre Thék ordered to build two finely stucco decorated corner buildings #66a and #66c replacing the former workers apartments houses, architect: Antal Grioni in between 1906 and 1908. In between these two houses stand the factory building (#66b), now here is also an apartment building, probably the factory damaged/destroyed in WWII. - 66 a Üllői Avenue = 47 Leonardo da Vinci Street, Corvin neighbourhood, 8th district of Budapest.

Négyemeletes stukkódíszes lakóépület. Thék Endre Bútor, Zongora és Épületmunkák Gyára Részvénytársaság épületegyüttesének a része. 1906–1908 között épült, Grioni Antal tervezte. A Leonardo uta felől volt a Thék Endre-emléktábla (kozterkep.hu) Az épület sarokhomlokzatán a tető előtt egy fiatal és egy idősebb ülő férfi szobor látható. Kezükben címert tartanak, de maga a címer nem látható. A saroktornyokon valószínűleg turulmadár is volt. (kozterkep.hu) Az épület sarokdomborművén bútorgyártási jelenet, egy fotel készítése látszik. Középen a két angyal közötti koszorús női alak egy TE feliratú kerek táblát tart, a betűk minden bizonnyal Thék Endre kezdőbetűit. Az Üllői úti homlokzaton kürtön, hegedűn és zongorán játszó puttók láthatóak, utalva arra, hogy a gyár zongorát is gyártott és az épületben bemutatóterem is volt. - Budapest, Józsefváros, Corvin-negyed, Üllői út 66 c = Leonardo da Vinci utca 47.
