How to submit

I added "Wiki Science Competition 2017|us" tag to two of my photos, but they don't show up on the main page. I have a global, verified account. Is there anything else I have to do? Bubba73 (talk) 03:26, 16 November 2017 (UTC)

Add existing wikimedia commons photo

How do I add an already Wikimedia commons uploaded photo? Do I need to upload that again? --Sanjay Acharya (talk) 21:49, 21 November 2017 (UTC)

Sanjay Acharya if it is uploaded before the deadline it cannot participate (personally I can be tolerant for few days considering there is some difference amongst countries so it can happen people are confused), but for a file uploaded in the deadline you just apply a tag code. For example for Belgium you add {{Wiki Science Competition 2017|be}}, just put the ISO code of the country. "be", "it", "gb"... you can open a file in the same categories to be sure about the code.--Alexmar983 (talk) 05:20, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
