Problem in participating countries list[edit]

Icem4k, Atibrarian and De-Invincible, maybe there is a mistake i the participating countries table. I can see Zambia, Nigeria and a Zambia "flagged" as Nigeria. Could you please clarify? Thank you and welcome in WLM :-) Yiyi (Dimmi!) 10:08, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Yiyi: Thank for the ping. The error occurred while I was trying to sign up as a local organizer. Unfortunately, my device battery was down so I could not fix it before it shut down. I will give it a second try. Regards! Atibrarian (talk) 10:35, 19 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The russia, again[edit]

I surely welcome the decision of the organizers that no photos from the russia would participate in the international competition - though it would be even better if the terriorist "state" that destroys cultural monuments on a daily basis would be banned altogether. But it's still better than letting the killers, rapists and destroyers in, as it happened last year.

It's unfortunate that during the previous year's competition concerned users that pointed out a terrorists should not be allowed to participate were indiscriminately banned, the russia was in, and Ukraine was driven out... It's good to see this year the organizers are more rational, and I would like to thank them for this.

I hope I am Adamu Abdullahi Wikipedias editer[edit]
