images linked?

@Romaine: suggestion: many centralnotices use File:WLE Austria Logo (no text).svg, an image which can be used unlinked (see permission info) with |link=|. i think this would be good to do for all WLE centralnotices. The usual visitor who clicks this image would probably not want to visit that logo's description, but a WLE site. This might be relevant for other WLE logos too. The images are linking to the same page as the text is linking to. In the CentralNotice they thus all link to the particular landing page and not to the file description page. Romaine (talk) 19:42, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

i took File:2014-04-19 - 13 - Hamburg - Heuckenlock.jpg as the right image, our 2014 winner photo. the usual attribution would be "© Satohan, CC-BY-SA-3.0", maybe in smaller letters directly below the image, if this is possible? instead of the username the file page could be linked like Satohan (would be better, i think).Holger1959 (talk) 20:04, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

I am not sure if this is possible. But attribution does not need to be at the same place, it may also be place on the bottom of the landing page. Romaine (talk) 20:55, 30 April 2015 (UTC)
